Blaise Goudy – President
Blaise Goudy is passionate about finding efficiencies in the building process, even on one-of-a-kind projects.

Educated in Civil Engineering, Blaise found earthwork, concrete and steel too intoxicating to sit behind a desk. For the first eight years of his career, he was located in the field as a young project engineer and later manager. He has worked on highrise office buildings, tenant improvements, critical care delivery suites, hospital additions, and manufacturing plant. He still enjoys the opportunity to review steel shop drawings!

Prior to starting Goudy Construction Company, he worked for two of Seattle’s premier construction firms on highly complex projects. Through this exposure, he developed a positive attitude on what can be built, often challenging clients to look at new ways to approach the construction of their projects.


Brian Bruce – Vice President
Brian Bruce is energized by enhancing the value he delivers through the construction process. He has grown to appreciate quality as a leading mission in his work. Clients realize, through the dedication Brian brings to every building project, that they have a team member with great character.

Brian graduated from Oregon State University and began his career with Weyerhauser. After eight years at Baugh Construction, he joined Goudy Construction Company. Because of his great character and trust from his clients, he is now a principal in the firm.

Brian concentrates on the project management systems and construction delivery process within our firm and manages our field operations.
